Over 30 years of electronic music and rave culture dedication.

Since the 1990's Adam Geosphere has been a mainstay in Canada's Techno music family. As a child Adam was interested in and influenced by electronic and experimental musicians, Tangerine Dream, Vangelis, John Carpenter, Jean-Michel Jarre, Brian Eno, Mike Oldfield and Kraftwerk. He had a few keyboards and would make strange mixtapes incorporating his own sounds and samples from artists and motion picture soundtracks.

In 1994, after an early introduction to Calgary's underground music community, an obsession with electronic music and collecting vinyl records, Adam began experimenting with mixing vinyl records, CD's and creating mix tapes. When first invited to DJ a friend’s event in the mid 1990's he was asked for a fun sounding DJ name to use on the flyer. While looking at a National Geographic Magazine on the coffee table with an article on Earth's Hemisphere "Geo-Sphere" was born. Adam began mixing Deep Jazzy House and Ambient music as DJ Geo, and Trip Trance and Minimal Techno music as DJ Sphere.

Throughout the course of his journey Geosphere has promoted, held DJ residence, performed and headlined at events, festivals and venues across North America, including numerous radio, podcast and livestream guest appearances. He has opened for some of the most respected DJ's, musicians and artists in the industry.

In 2006 Adam Geosphere began experimenting with Ableton Live, Korg, Novation Remote Zero SL, Novation Launch Control and Launch Pad, Juno 106, various keyboards and some audio sampling to create his own unique electronic music productions and Live-Pa sets of Ambient, Minimal and Techno Soundscapes. The following year he formed the Calgary based electronic music band "Blulife" with Canadian vocalist Emma Aurchid and UK music producer Nicolas Reark. Adam also began incorporating CDJ’s and Traktor Z1, F1, X1 combo into his DJ sets.

In 2025 Adam debuted his first official Techno music release “Dancing Buffalo” on Canadian record label Hyper Recordz based out of Winnipeg Manitoba.
