Nearly 30 years of electronic music and rave culture dedication. Since the 1990's Geosphere has been a mainstay in Canada's Techno music family. After an early introduction to Calgary's underground music community and an obsession with electronic music and collecting vinyl records, Geo began mixing Deep House, Minimal and Ambient. Over the years his sounds progressed incorporating harder driving Techno and Liquid Drum and Bass. Techno has been Geo's passion and focus for most of his journey. Deep Intense Hypnotic Tribal. In 1998 he started promoting and throwing rave dance parties as Envirotribe Productions now known as Nocturnal Symptoms and collaborating with event promoters. Throughout the course of his journey Geosphere has held DJ residence, performed and headlined around North America opening for some of the most respected names in the industry: John Tejada, Infected Mushroom, Mr.C The Shamen, Brian Eno, Eddie Santini, Jay Haze and Akufen to name a few. He has played many events, festivals and venues such as: Connect, Shambhala, Motion Notion, MEMETIC, Montana Mountain Collective, AEMCON, CJSW FM, Infected Mushroom 2018 tour, Brian Eno 77 Million Paintings 2011 tour, Banff Centre for the Arts, La-Jazzerie in Maui Hawaii and numerous radio, podcast and livestream guest DJ appearances. In 2006 Adam Geosphere began experimenting with Ableton Live, keyboards and midi controllers, creating his own music and Live-PA sets. The following year he formed the Calgary based electronic music band "Blulife" with Canadian vocalist Emma Aurchid and UK music producer Nic Reark. Adam is Two Spirit from the Blackfoot Nation on Treaty 7 in Southern Alberta. He was raised in Calgary where he first discovered the local art and music community. He currently resides in Saskatchewan Canada. Adam also creates in other forms of art, exploring different mediums, materials and techniques.
